A time to exercise, socialise, and improve memory and balance, deportment, fitness. A time to have fun and meet new friends.
Dances include: Waltz, Quickstep, Rumba, Cha Cha etc.
9.00am to 10.00am – Beginners & Upper Beginners
10.00am to 12 noon – A mixture of all levels, predominantly Intermediate and Advanced
$5 gives access to complete 3 hours session (with tea/coffee break)
