About Keep On Your Feet

OSH is delighted to showcase Keep On Your Feet Classes with Sharnie

These Classes are an integral part of a nation-wide initiative spearheaded by ACC for people to: “live stronger for longer” in their own homes. The Class focus is on strength and balance exercises for older adults. Classes are attended by both men and women with a mixture of abilities as well as fitness levels and ages range from 60s to 90s. This is an effective but stress free Class where everyone works to their own level of ability. The Settlers Hall is a good size for these Classes and there is room for more participants.

Supported by Sport Bay of Plenty, Sharnie has been teaching these “Keep On Your Feet” Classes for the last 5 years, starting in Katikati, now in Omokoroa and also Bethlehem.
